Scaling 0.1 mm and 0.01 mm

 

Our analog thickness gauges with a scale of 0.1 and 0.01 mm have extremely stable and large cast aluminum brackets and thus enable simple and reproducible thickness measurement.

The robust screw connection and encapsulation of the dial gauges also allows reliable use in harsh environments. You have a choice of more than 10 models - from compact devices with a measuring depth of 150 mm to very large measuring depths of 650 mm, naturally with different measuring ranges to suit your application, and of course we can also manufacture special measuring devices with many other measuring ranges and measuring depths. Please ask us!

The measuring devices are available with or without a stand. We recommend the version with a stand to minimize measurement deviations due to body heat.

The measuring devices are closed in the rest position and are operated with a lifting lever.
The DM 8** series models have a scale of 0.1 mm, the DMH series models have a scale of 0.01 mm.
