Mobile thickness gauges

We offer special designs for textiles, fleece and leather. In accordance with applicable standards, these special designs apply defined test pressures to a fixed, circular test surface. In order to guarantee the test pressure at all times, these devices are only available with a stand.

As with all our digital measuring devices, you can switch the display between mm and inches. All Wolf measuring devices are equipped with a digital interface (micro-USB) as standard, which you can use to process the measured values digitally.
We also offer the appropriate software and a special data cable.

The measuring devices are available with or without a stand. We recommend the version with a stand to minimize measurement deviations due to body heat.

Our analog thickness gauges with a scale of 0.1 mm have sturdy aluminum brackets and enable simple and reproducible thickness measurement.

The robust screw connection and encapsulation of the dial gauges allow reliable use even in harsh environments. You have a choice of more than 10 models - from the compact device with a measuring depth of 150 mm to measuring depths of 650 mm (DM865/1), naturally with different measuring ranges. Various measuring inserts are available so that the thickness gauges can be designed for a wide range of applications and materials. We can also manufacture special measuring inserts or brackets with special measuring ranges on request. The gauges are closed in the rest position and are opened by a lifting lever. These measuring devices can be supplied with or without a stand. We recommend devices with a stand, especially for the larger measuring arms, in order to minimize measurement deviations due to body heat.

Scaling 0.01 mm Series Rapidometer RMU - RMP

The RAPIDOMETER thickness gauges impress with their measuring accuracy, handling, stability and versatility of use. They are available in two basic versions with different measuring ranges:

RMU Rapidometer universal 30, 50 and 75 and the RMP Rapidometer pocket 30

Here too, a data output via micro-USB interface is our standard.
A real advantage for the user is the large, high-contrast display, which enables effortless, error-free reading of the measured values.
